Police arrest man after threats reported at Island Park — Hillsboro Business news

FARGO — Police were called to Island Park on Wednesday night, Oct. 28, for reports of a man acting erratically and threatening people at the park. They say the man tried to run as officers arrived. Shannon Grindberg, 54, was arrested near the park and is in the Cass County Jail, facing terrorizing charges. Grindberg is the same man police arrested a week ago in a downtown neighborhood off Main Avenue and 15th Street. Police respond to Island Park in Fargo after reports of a man threatening people at the park on Wednesday, Oct. 28. Sam Weber / WDAY Grindberg lives next door to the Gladys Ray Shelter, and police say he'd been making ongoing threats with a knife to people at the shelter. He was arrested after a short standoff and faces charges of terrorizing and violating a no-contact order in that incident.]]>
